Multinarratives LLC specializes in strategies to support leaders and groups build belonging in intercultural and multicultural spaces. We work with organizations that value the gift of diversity and commit to elevating BIPOC voices. We train leaders to use cultural intelligence strategies that break down the barriers to collaboration and efficiency. Identifying and calling in the many narratives sometimes unseen and unheard. Education, training and strategies are key but they can only move at the pace of relationships.
