My Private Professor (MPP) provides employer-sponsored, 1-on-1 online tutoring as an education benefit for employees’ families. We partner with U.S-based organizations to deliver tutoring as a scalable, fully managed benefit that supports working parents, reduces family stress, & strengthens employee retention & wellbeing. By helping employees navigate academic challenges at home, MPP enables employers to improve focus & productivity at work while offering a benefit that is highly valued, inclusive, & relevant across income levels & life stages. Tutoring is delivered online through a secure, centralized system that ensures a consistent, reliable experience for employees & their families. Employers may also choose to extend access directly to employees in select adult learning subjects. MPP is committed to creating shared value. A portion of every paid tutoring hour helps fund free, individualized tutoring for students experiencing homelessness & other vulnerable youth through the My Private Professor Foundation.
