MyPwr Ltd. is a pioneering EdTech startup that aims to change the culture of violence through mobile technology. Based on the principles of Empowerment Self Defense (ESD), the MyPwr App was developed to provide practical self-defense skills for all genders, ages, and physical abilities. The app includes a series of instructional videos covering situational awareness, boundary setting, de-escalation, and essential physical self-defense skills, as well as grounding techniques and a supportive community. At MyPwr, we envision a safer world where individuals are empowered to live happy, healthy, and fulfilled lives and build strong communities.
