Hi, I'm Leilani Sáez! I specialize in optimizing how organizations and individuals manage from a brain-based perspective, by helping professionals find clarity, purpose, and focus. I coach, consult, present, and train on topics related to mental overload & resilience, prioritization & cognitive processes, and productive energy & effort practices. My aim is to help professionals be clear, strong, and ready - resilient- when navigating high demands and shifting duties. I understand this mental juggle - for decades, I researched working memory processing, which is crucial to how we think, learn, and achieve goals. It's how our brains keep information in mind. When we don't abide by its limits, we create mental clutter and stress. When we develop strategic habits with the brain in mind, we enable clear decisions and enhance smoother processes. Teams function well. As a former special educator, I'm practical and flexible in my approach.
