Welcome to Neethlingshof Estate Neethlingshof Estate has a long and rich tradition of wine making in Stellenbosch, the second oldest and most premier wine producing area of South Africa. The Estate occupies an incredibly privileged site with ideal natural conditions, soils, slopes, altitudes and climate to produce a variety of great wines. All the grapes for the Neethlingshof wines are grown on the estate and all the wine is made, matured and bottled in the cellars of the estate, adhering to strict VEGAN guidelines during the entire farming and winemaking process. Our story Neethlingshof lies in the very heart of the Cape’s Winelands. Flanked by the Bottelary Hills and Papegaaiberg Mountain near Stellenbosch and overlooking False Bay, this beautiful, historic farm offers not only breathtaking scenery, but also a taste of traditional Cape culture blended with influences from both Africa and Europe. WINE TASTING Our Wine Tasting Centre is open 7 days a week for wine tastings and cellar tours. The Wine Shop stocks a selection of wines at cellar door prices as well as other goods and memorabilia available for purchase. Our Wine Garden is a laid-back option for lunch, with a selection of pizza and platters to choose from, as well as for our ever-popular Wine Down Wednesdays live music evenings. Salt Deli at Neethlingshof Salt Deli at Neethlingshof is located in the beautiful Manor House on the Estate, overlooking the picturesque mountain range of the Cape Winelands. The talented chef duo, Craig Cormack and Beau du Toit, invite you on a salt journey, demonstrating how their passion for salt influences their love for cooking. Together they have prepared dishes designed to perfectly match the award-winning Neethlingshof wines and to express how their use of salt influences is the anchor for all their flavours.
