Nemecek & Cole was established in 1984 by its two founding members, Frank W. Nemecek and Jonathan B. Cole. Since its formation, Nemecek & Cole has evolved from a two attorney boutique to a mid-size law firm that is recognized as one of Southern California's preeminent professional liability and business litigation firms servicing clients nationwide from its Encino, California office.
