The mission of Neologix Engineering Labs is to get more low income people of color, especially women, into engineering, technology, and entrepreneurship fields. We hope to accomplish two things: 1- Give them an opportunity to own homes and become positive influences in their own communities. 2- Diversify the STEAM workforce to represent our dynamic cultures and communities in their fields. Principal consultant, Jeadi Vilchis, comes with extensive experience working with organizations across three industries- education, technology, and social work.
