Next generation Health specialises in nutrition & performance for teens and young adults. We focus on nutrition, performance and the wellbeing and goals of the individual. Our mission is to help create a healthier generation in Ireland. We want to raise the bar in adolescents' health and performance and enable teenagers to fulfil their potential. Our services are - Family Nutrition Having a family should not hinder healthy eating habits. With this service, we teach you; How to prep for family meals, to eat healthily as a family, working out together and living healthy together- Sports nutrition It is imperative that athletes are fueling themselves with the right food. This service is for novice athletes, athletes competing at the highest level or athletes just training for the love of the sport - Nutritional Education We offer 1:1 consultations on healthy weight management, whether this involves losing weight, gaining weight or just living a healthier lifestyle. This is done in a scientific and personalised approach- 1-1 Personal Training at the Irish Strength Institute in Malahide, where we offer: 1-1 Personal Training Group training Training for fat loss Sport-specific training Strength & conditioning *All fitness levels - Sport Scholarships Do you have an interest in playing sports overseas? Have you already received a sports scholarship and you're not quite sure what lies ahead of you? We will help you prepare before this next stage- Junior certificate Wellbeing Every school as of September 2017 is beginning the new Wellbeing programme for Junior Certificate Students. We devised a course that will contribute to your schools 300 hours- School & Club Programmes We offer tailored school and club programs. The school/club can choose what models they want from a range that we provide. Some topics are: Fuel for life, fuel for exams,wellbeing, life coaching, meditation and specific high intensity training
