next-pm provides counsel on development, planning and implementation of building projects for organizations and corporations. next-pm focuses on complex building projects. The range of services offered encompasses the conception of the initial project idea and the commissioning of the building — and everything in between. next-pm houses decades of experience in preparation and execution of architectural and urban design competitions. To date, more than 100 competitions have been completed to the satisfaction of our clients. next-pm was founded by experienced project managers and advisors in 2011. We offer comprehensive know-how gained in challenging building projects. next-pm is independent in every respect and solely committed to the interests of our clients. next-pm is member of the Austrian Chamber of Chartered Civil Engineers.
