NGOsource, a program of TechSoup initially launched in collaboration with the Council on Foundations, helps U.S. grantmakers streamline their international giving through easier equivalency determinations and other localized and NGO-specific vetting mechanisms. NGOsource simplifies the task of evaluating whether a non-U.S. organization is the equivalent of a U.S. public charity — a process known as equivalency determination or ED.
