Nicole has spent over a decade working as a strategic consultant and in-house People Operations leader for impact-driven organizations. Before fully launching her own consulting business, Nicole Dill worked as the Director of People and Partnerships at Uncharted, a social impact accelerator. With this team, Nicole worked to implement human-centered policies like 4 Day Work Weeks and consulted start-up companies in their early stage People Ops needs. Prior, she served as Chief Operations Officer for TEDxMileHigh, the largest TEDx in North America. During her 5 years with TEDxMileHigh, she tripled their staff and the organization experienced tremendous growth in the online viewership of their talks to over 45 million views, spreading accessibility to ideas of diverse voices in Colorado, with attendees yearly at their local events. Nicole also worked for the White House under the Obama Administration as an Advance Associate for the President. In this role, her team partnered with Secret Service and local stakeholders to create seamless events to communicate the White House message as President Obama traveled domestically. Nicole has consulted for entrepreneurs, social impact ventures, PR agencies, creative agencies, faith communities, and many women-owned businesses in Colorado and nationwide. She is proud alumni of the Leadership Denver Class of 2019. She volunteers as a coach for KIN to empower women and as a coach to individuals looking to grow in their leadership and anti-racism journeys.
