Eddie Hatch is the founder and Operations Manager of Night Owl Services, LLC. He has excelled as a field service technician for the Hobart Corporation in Illinois and Wisconsin as one of their best technicians. He has also serviced customers for GCS/ECOLAB and General Parts with excellence. Mr. Hatch is able to apply all of his experience and training to deliver excellent service to clients while maintaining a family business environment. Michelle Davis-Hatch serves as President of Night Owl Services, LLC. She is an active member of the Milwaukee Public school system and Girl Scouts. She is also a personal caretaker for two family members. She is excited about her current role of supporting field service technicians effort to consistently provide excellent services to our customers.
