Founded in 2021, Nildet is the result of an inability to define oneself: Designer Yen Te Lin forms a new word by adopting the reverse of his English name to have its own definition, building a new utopia without limitation. Nildet’s design aesthetic draws from a broad and diverse range of references, with idiosyncratic and elaborately awkward details reflecting the outsider's perspective. The technical and unisex silhouettes, eccentric prints, and deconstruct designs showcase the experimental background while following the outré and rebellious brand ethos.
