Nine Yards Studio is a Charlottetown-based architecture and design practice on Prince Edward Island. For us, great design influences all aspects of life. It has the ability to shape behavior, encourage social interaction, and elevate the environments we inhabit. This thinking resulted in Nine Yards – a collective that engages various individuals with an undying love for design – from architects to graphic designers, craftsmen and photographers. We approach each project with unconditional curiosity, a passion for experimentation and discovery, and a dedication to finding an original and forward-thinking solution. We believe that architecture is not a defined style but rather a response to context – combining the vernacular building methods and materials of diverse climates and localities with a distinctly contemporary design ideal.
