No Gluten, Inc. is a privately held company located in Stone Mountain, GA (right outside of Atlanta, GA). We specialize in providing gluten free, Kosher and allergen friendly products to the public, grocery accounts, distributors, bakeries and specialty retailers. Three are three distinct brands under the No Gluten Inc. umbrella; Mina's Purely Divine gluten free baking mixes, Simply Chopped energy bars, and our bakery where we make delectable cakes, pastries, cookies and breads. Mina’s Purely Divine consist of three products, an all-purpose flour, bread mix and a chocolate cake mix. The mixes are free of the following items; gluten, wheat, soy, beans, nuts, oats, barely, rye and bran. They are also 54-80% organic depending on which mix. Simply Chopped Energy Bars is another product line that is growing due to the quality of the product, ingredients, and attention to detail. The bars are non-GMO verified, Kosher, gluten free and have very clean ingredients. Simply Chopped is a fruit/date based bar that is hand-made and cut in two pieces for convenience and portion control. There are six flavor variations; peanut butter honey, pistachio almond, cranberry pineapple, blueberry cocoa, coffee cocoa nib and coconut lime. We make several fresh baked items in our dedicated gluten free bakery, items such as carrot cake, vanilla cake, lemon cake, brownies, tiramisu, red velvet cake, chocolate vegan cake, brownies and white chocolate hazelnut cake. In regards to cookies, we have chocolate chip, peanut butter, triple chocolate, oatmeal raisin and oatmeal crisp. We also have a variety of breads that we make as well.
