Non-Academic

Many never reach their full potential not because they lack in academics but because they fail to acquire Non-Academic skills. While pedigree is a great source to gain such skills, not everybody is fortunate enough to get it handed to them. Non-Academic is a cloud of strategists, mentors, content experts, and consumers that help in gaining skills that are usually a byproduct of good pedigree and are often missing from schools' curriculum. The philosophy of this cloud is: We CARE with COURAGE to CHALLENGE the pedigree status quo by CONSTANT PERSEVERANCE. CARE: We CARE about children who are intelligent, determined, and academically sound but might have a difficult time reaching their full potential due to the lack of a good pedigree. We CARE to create equal opportunities for children who are not from an elite background. COURAGE: We have the COURAGE to say that pedigree traits are teachable with grit and one day, with thoughtfully crafted unacademic paths, we can eradicate the pedigree status quo. CHALLENGE: We CHALLENGE ourselves to be patient enough to wait for years to see the visible outcomes of our efforts. As well, we encourage accountability and prudent risk-taking without the fear of occasional failure. CONSTANT PERSEVERANCE: With CONSTANT PERSEVERANCE: We face it till we make it - work hard, fail, stand back up, repeat.
