Nordstrom Williams is a boutique recruiting firm based on Chautauqua Lake in the Southern Tier of Western New York serving companies in Jamestown, Buffalo, Niagara Falls and surrounding areas in NY. We match people to jobs in civil engineering, architecture, manufacturing and construction support. We cut through the clutter of job postings and buzzword-laden resumes with a personal approach. Our favorite clients are privately held companies that depend on us to help them attract and hire the talent their business needs to succeed. We don't believe a job description is the best way to describe a career opportunity and company culture. Nor do we believe that a resume is the best way to tell the story of someone's work history and career aspirations. We spend time with our hiring managers to learn more than the skills and responsibilities required to fill a job; we find out who will thrive in their environment.
