Located on the Chesapeake Bay in Elk Neck State Park, NorthBay’s world-class facility offers a weekend rentals program for large or small groups, accommodating up to 600 guests. With a private guest house and expert support from our team, these retreats provide unforgettable experiences while directly supporting our mission to help thousands of Maryland students each year learn, grow, and lead with purpose.
