Welcome to Oakbridge. We are an independent provider of Corporate and Fund Administration services in Jersey and the UK. We were established over a decade ago to deliver an in-house service to our founding group. Our focus was then and is now on quality of output, responsiveness and a willingness to work until deadlines are met. Today we provide a service focussed on these same key areas to an international client base of private clients, businesses and asset managers. We have a blend of experience from accounting, administration, company secretarial, fiduciary, financial, legal and governance backgrounds and we specialise in the corporate, real estate, private equity, venture capital, debt and other alternative sectors.
