Ocean Aspire

We work with every size employer in UK/South West across many sectors including NHS, Education, Local Authority, Outdoor Education, Tourism & Hospitality to support the health and wellbeing of their people. We have delivered Mental Health First Aid & First Aid workplace training to over learners in the last 25 years, as well as Apprenticeship Scheme & Safeguarding training and consultancy. Ocean Aspire, led by Jo Mortimer, offers a range of mental health and first aid courses, delivered online and in the classroom. In addition, we offer support and consultancy in developing and implementing Health and Wellbeing Strategies, as well as Apprenticeship strategy and delivery, compliance, quality assurance and inspection preparation. Programmes Jo has managed have been recognised in the top 7% of UK Employer Providers, leading to invitations to speak and share her expertise, most recently at the Employment and Skills Funding Agency Conference in Autumn 2019
