Octava Foundation

Octava Foundation is a private grant-maker* based in Singapore with the vision to empower children and youth, so they have equitable opportunities to excel as citizens and contribute to a better world, irrespective of their social economic conditions. We specifically support programmes that- Enable learning attainment, skills development and/or employability for underserved children and youth - Have promise and scale - Strengthen the pillars of home, learning and society We also support bursaries in the form of study awards to motivated youth from underserved communities to access education through tertiary institutions.*The Foundation is a Company Limited by Guarantee registered under the Charities Act, and is also a registered Grant-making Philanthropic Organisation ("Grantmaker") with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS)
