The Private Museum
The Private Museum is a non-profit private museum in Singapore founded by Singaporean philanthropist, art collector and real estate developer, Daniel Teo, together with his daughter Rachel Teo in 2010. Fuelled by passionate patronage for the arts, the museum aims to be an alternative platform to bridge the gap between the private and the public. Ttsh Community Fund
In keeping with Mr. Tan Tock Seng’s Legacy of Giving, Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) set up its charity arm, TTSH Community Fund (CF), 25 years ago to improve the quality of life of our patients and the community. TTSH CF supports needy patients, especially the elderly who are unable to afford out-of-pocket expenses, such as expensive non-standard medication to breathing equipment to mobility aids to dentures. In doing so, these patients gain greater independence, improve their quality of life and enable them to integrate back into the community. Our charity also supports healthcare research, innovation and training for our staff and the community to deliver better patient care.

Founded in 1901, Sian Chay is a social service agency registered under the Ministry of Health. It provides free TCM consultation and low-cost treatment to the public regardless of race or religion. In addition to Chinese medicine services, Sian Chay actively participates in community charity activities, promoting health awareness, encouraging health care activities to promote charity, and spreading brightness and positive energy. Sian Chay Medical Institution has 14 branches island-wide, providing free TCM consultation and medical subsidies to the public. In the past 9 years (2014 to 2022), Sian Chay has served 3,055,929 patient visits and issued 5,974,823 medical prescriptions. In the next five years (2023-2027), the number of patient visits is estimated to reach 2.5 million, and the number of medical prescriptions issued is estimated to be 4.8 million. Every $10 donation can benefit 1 patient from a low-income family to receive free consultation and medicine from Sian Chay Medical Institution. By helping 1 patient in this family, we are also helping all the family members to be relieved from misery and build a happy family and a harmonious and peaceful society.
