Odd-e is not a company where • There is a pyramid organisation chart • You get performance evaluation • You report to a manager or CXO • Someone manage your working schedule • Someone made decision for your work • You have to sell software development tools or stay positive with them • Your work is optimised towards profit • You cannot challenge anyone's ideas Odd-e consists of people who share values, enjoy writing software and sharing ideas about good ways of delivering software. Having fun and learning are the keys for them.
