At Olive Mediation Group we work with clients to help them find workable and lasting resolution to disputes. Maybe they're in a long standing and exhausting dispute at work, perhaps with the prospect of an Employment Tribunal hanging over them. Or they could be going through separation, and need to sort out all the details about their children and also the financial issues. Perhaps they're trying to find the best way forward for an elderly parent or relative, but other members of the family don't agree or there are disagreements with the care providers. Maybe they're entangled in a family feud or are in dispute with their neighbours. Whatever the dispute or area of disagreement, we will work with them, with both parties, confidentially and impartially, to help them find constructive, practical ways forward so they can achieve agreement and resolution, and move on with their lives.
