The Property Ombudsman
The Property Ombudsman provides an impartial, independent Ombudsman service for unresolved disputes between consumers and property businesses. Operating since 1990 with over UK offices registered, is the primary Ombudsman for the private property industry. The Ombudsman's role is to consider complaints against the agents' obligation to act in accordance with our Codes of Practice and to propose a full and final resolution of the dispute.
