Dispute Resolution Ombudsman provides alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services and accredited training for businesses across a broad range of sectors including retail, water, logistics, licensing, debt management and third party intermediaries. As part of The Ombuds Group, alongside Consumer Friend, the Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman and the Rail Ombudsman, we are united by a shared mission: to raise industry standards, inspire consumer confidence and resolve disputes without the need for costly or time-consuming litigation. We are not a consumer champion, nor a trade body. We operate independently and impartially, building a bridge between consumers and businesses to help both sides reach fair and constructive outcomes. As a not-for-profit organisation, our focus is on delivering a trusted and effective service - not generating profits for shareholders. Our independence and purpose-led approach are what set us apart.
