Founded in Olympia, Washington, Oly Able was created with the intention of leveraging the skills of like-minded educators to support districts, families & businesses as they strive to foster more inclusive environments. The name was created with the intention that inclusion starts at home, in your own community. At Oly Able, we provide high-impact professional development, coaching, and systems support for educators serving students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our mission is to help schools build inclusive, sustainable, and data-driven programs—without burning out their staff. We offer flexible training models to fit every school’s schedule and budget, including in-person workshops, live webinars, hybrid packages, and asynchronous learning communities.
