We empower organizations and independent professionals to do meaningful work, especially in support of veterans and values-led teams. We focus on two core service areas: 1⃣ Independent Clinical Contracting We connect licensed healthcare providers with flexible, 1099 contract roles focused on delivering high-impact evaluations through federal subcontractor partnerships. This work directly supports disability determinations for those who’ve served, ensuring veterans receive the benefits and care they’ve earned. We currently support contractors in the following specialties: Audiology – Audiologists with access to calibrated sound booths (if applicable) General Medicine – MDs, DOs, NPs, and PAs across internal and family medicine Dentistry – DMDs and DDSs experienced in oral health evaluations Ophthalmology & Optometry – MDs, DOs, and ODs with diagnostic expertise Psychology & Psychiatry – PhD, PsyD, MD, and DO clinicians focused on PTSD and mental health evaluations TBI – Neurologists, Psychiatrists, and Physiatrists with experience in traumatic brain injury assessments We are not a staffing agency. Instead, we provide streamlined access to independent work aligned with national service, handled with professionalism, compliance, and care. 2⃣ Fractional HR Support We also offer scalable HR consulting to mission-aligned organizations across industries. From policy design to HRIS implementation and on-demand HR leadership, our solutions help organizations grow with clarity and confidence—without the need for full-time overhead.
