There is a coming revolution in the ways we work, teach, govern, and run businesses. This revolution is best seen in the Agile Methodologies that started it. Agility is evolving in waves under many branded solution: Lean, Agile, Scrum, Scaled Agile, Digital Enterprise, Team of Teams, SAFe, Enterprise Scrum, DevOps, Kanban. Separately or combined, these methods improve agility. Some solutions have yet to be defined. Some solutions have yet to be created. Agility is more than agile methods and more than agile mindset. It is a way of being. Who? With open agile solutions, you are part of the solution and we are part of the solution. We co-create a solution. This solution is a new way of being. The solution that we create improves our work, social interactions, mindset, culture, and way of being. Together we can increase creativity, productivity, happiness, agility, and more. The total solution depends on how we see the opportunities and the vision we can create. We increase agility one person at a time. You are the person reading this. You are important. You have solutions. We have solutions and there is a third solution that we have yet to discover. This is the solution that we will create.
