I am a seasoned Project Manager & Senior Consultant who has a passion for enabling leaders, teams and organizations to build capacity, confidence and competence. I have experience in a variety of sectors: Health Care, Software Development, Financial Services, Management Consulting, and Fitness/Sports Coaching. As an idea-spotter and self-directed learner, I demonstrate my passion for design thinking and finding a better way to be resourceful through technology, collaboration and systems thinking approaches. My technical background, and learning and organizational development experience allows me to straddle the domains of people, process, strategy and technology to provide holistic, end-to-end solutions. The unique value proposition I bring, is the ability to ideate, integrate and implement solutions that are relevant and sustainable for the stakeholders they serve.
