Oregon Psychedelic Institute is founded on the basis that the most effective facilitator training is one grounded in evidence-based practices. In addition to providing scientific training, we are committed to teaching a strong sense of legal and ethical responsibility. Our program is tailored to meet and exceed all the legal criteria set forth by the state of Oregon, guaranteeing that our graduates are skilled and compliant practitioners. OPI's Facilitator Training Program consists of 120 hours of coursework and an additional 40 hours of hands-on training. Coursework includes, but is not limited to: • Psilocybin Pharmacology • Neuroscience of Psilocybin • Indigenous Practices • Ethics, Safety and Responsible Practices • Preparation, Administration and Integration of Individual and Group Sessions • The Legal Landscape of Psilocybin • Historical and Contemporary Psilocybin Research
