Organizational Development Professionals is a leadership and talent development firm focused on organizational growth through contemporary adult learning. All consultants are private and/or public executives with extensive training and field experience. • Partners with institution and organizational leaders to design unique professional leadership, talent, and organizational development curricula to support missions. Collaborates training needs with relevant stakeholders internal and external to the organization and identifies personnel for monitoring and promotional opportunities. • Obtains cultural qualitative and/or quantitative data to identify assets and liabilities to be addressed through leadership development training for all levels in the organization. • Strategizes organizational needs with future planning to optimize internal performance and positively impact business and/or community processes through talent development. • Utilizes survey and personality assessment tools (DiSC, FranklinCovey, etc.) as necessary. • Creates follow-up/through procedures for internal/external personnel and identifies and celebrates new organizational development anchor points. • Analyzes operations to evaluate the performance of a company or its staff in meeting objectives or to determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change. • Directs, plans, or implements policies, objectives, or activities of organizations or businesses to ensure continuing operations, to increase performance and productivity. • Delivers speeches, writes articles, or presents information at meetings or conventions to promote services, exchange ideas, and/or accomplish objectives. • Directs or conducts studies or research on issues affecting areas of responsibility. • Implements corrective action plans to solve organizational problems and improve retention.
