Outfluence is the thoughtful, purposeful, and sincere application of social intelligence. We believe that the challenge of our time is in learning to connect with humanity. For that reason the foundation of our company is a focus on others. Our mission is to change the world. Employers, surveys show, value soft skills training as much if not more than technical training. They want their employees to be able to relate meaningfully to the general public and to their customers specifically. We start the process in the schools. We bring to that mission 50 years of business experience and even more life experience.
