Ovation Technologies

Ovation is an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) integrated within Google Apps Marketplace. The system allows the user to requisition, draft and post a job to Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other vertical specific sites as well as send emails to the users selected contacts. The system creates a link to a post description landing page which takes a candidate to complete a profile as well as answer questions customized by the user. The candidate can also upload files such as a resume or cover letter. The system evaluates a candidate according to an algorithm based on skills and answers. The user receives a text message (if desired) that a candidate has responded. The ranking is available to the user on a single-sign on dashboard. All candidates for a specific job are listed according to rank, but can be sorted otherwise. Hiring decisions are made by the user and scheduling and rejection emails and/or text messages are automatically sent. The system stores candidate information as well as job descriptions, prior postings and, using Google Analytics, info available to the user about their efforts (% responses from individual posting sources, etc.)
