Own Way Coaching

Own Way Coaching is located in Bezuidenhout, The Hague, and offers Focused Life Coaching services in the context of: personal development, high sensitivity (HSP, HSS), specific job coaching, 2nd/3rd generation war issues and lifestyle (nutrition, fitness, eating problems). Coaching is aimed at individuals (1-to-1 and couples) as well as employees of companies and organizations. I offer coaching in various ways: coaching-as-a-service; e-coaching, phone consultation hours, active (e.g, walking, running), sessions in my consult room. The end result is key. The coaching format is of secondary interest. As such I adjust my way of working to the clients' preferences.
