Pacific Peering

Pacific Peering is a French telecom company managing international data communications and the deployment of SMART data cables between islands in the Pacific. We are connecting some of the most remote islands on the planet, bringing high-speed connectivity to isolated people groups across the ocean. Our SMART Cable project along the New Hebrides fault line represents the world’s first commercial sensors for real-time monitoring of oceanic movements and climate change data. This effort is in support of the United Nations Ocean Decade, and will provide unprecedented data insights for advanced environmental warning systems in the Pacific. With a wealth of expertise and experience, our founders have over 120 years of combined knowledge in telecommunications and data cable deployment. We have partnerships with leading global banking and telecom companies, scientific organizations, NGOs, and the French government.
