I like to imagine what the world would look like if we all had (and used) skills to quiet the mind and resolve conflicts peacefully. I believe we all have these abilities, but we oftentimes don’t know how to fully access them. Even with good intentions, we struggle with scarcity issues, power struggles, insecurities, and fears—all of which lead to conflict. The work I do is holistic, integrating my personal life lessons in the work I do, while supporting clients to find meaning and resolution through their life experiences. Acknowledging and addressing all aspects of the "whole self" that we are, as mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual beings, is how I differentiate my mediation and coaching approach.
