Paradigm Project

Paradigm Project is a UK education charity committed to removing systemic barriers and strengthening safeguarding through research, lived experience and upstream solutions. Our core focus is research. We generate evidence that centres the voices of children, parents and educators to understand the root causes of school exclusion, inequality and vulnerability. We use these insights to design practical models, inform policy and support schools and local authorities to improve outcomes for children who are most at risk. Our research-driven approach underpins all areas of our work, which includes: • Transitions – Evidence-informed support for children at key educational stages • Equity and inclusion – Training and frameworks shaped directly by community voice and lived experience • Systems change – Research that influences policy, strengthens safeguarding and challenges exclusionary practice Across everything we do, our aim is simple: to build an education system where every child feels safe, seen and supported, and where preventative approaches guide the decisions we make.
