Our mission at Paradigm Shift is to encourage, and empower leaders to reach their full potential through dynamic events, hands-on keynotes, interactive workshops, and group development initiatives. Paradigm Shift is a collaboration of facilitators from a variety of backgrounds and skillsets, specifically trained to lead powerful events for corporations, non-profits and educational groups. Simply put, our goal is to provide leadership development and training to any group willing to commit to developing leaders and striving to reach new heights. Our company was founded in 2009, with the goal of creating fresh and engaging opportunities for leaders to grow and learn. Over the past few years we have facilitated leadership workshops and or keynotes in all 50 States, over 15 countries, and 6 continents.
