Judith Swinney, J.D, is a parenting coach and mediator serving the Pacific Northwest and Desert Southwest. She facilitates the Parenting Beyond Conflict online class for divorcing/separated parents. The class provides skills, strategies and support for cooperative parenting, effective communication, preventing/managing conflict and protecting children. Judith also offers parent and family coaching for divorce adjustment, children's behavior, emotional regulation and development; positive discipline, brain development; safety and supervision, etc. Licensed to practice law in Texas and Oregon, Judith is also a child welfare mediator with the Oregon Department of Human Services and the New Mexico Children’s Court Mediation Program.
