ParkAide Mobile (M) Sdn Bhd was incorporated on July 9, 2008 but did not commence business until the fourth quarter of 2013. It is a startup company made up of a team of developers dedicated to creating mobile apps that complements the fast-paced and increasingly Web-based lifestyle of the 21st Century. The team researches, understands and simplifies complex processes of the parking industry to provide greater convenience to their end users. The company’s maiden product is a mobile parking application called ParkAide. It is a trade app to further simplify the tedious processes of car park management not just for the convenience of car park operators but also drivers (the ultimate end user of the app). The goal of this app is to take the end users to the next level of parking experience and car park operators to a new level of management efficiency. The spillover of this new app is that merchants in all parking facilities will also benefit from the app’s ability to provide them with targeting marketing, which are often time not available or way beyond their budget to engage.
