At PIE we: customize existing training to improve its effectiveness and cultural fit; devise evaluation strategies to make sure training achieves key business measures and develop high levels of self-sufficiency through knowledge transfer, train-the-trainer activities and one-on-one coaching. We are a diverse network of human resource development professionals, with an average of twenty-five years experience, dedicated to helping individuals and organizations fulfill their visions through continuously improved workplace performance. Working in partnership with our clients and our strategic affiliates, our process is an integrated, systematic approach to work and performance improvement. Founded in Burbank, California, in 1997 PIE relocated its world headquarters to Victoria, BC in 2007.
