The history of Pasticceria Cuneo was born in the back of the shop in Piazza Galimberti, Cuneo. In the last 90 years the shop has always been home of pastries and artisanal products deeply linked to the Piedmont traditional products. It was in the early that pastry chef Daniel Bramardi, started to produce a gluten free line of products such as Amaretti, Piedmont IGP Hazelnut cakes, biscuits and more. The mission of Pasticceria Cuneo is to offer authentic, Piedmont-based, artisanal products with a unique flavor to all those who suffer from food allergies or who have embraced a healthy and alternative diet. In over 10 years, Pasticceria Cuneo has developed unprecedented know-how, techniques and recipes in the italian iconic leavened products, such as Panettoni and Colombe, now recognized by the market as a unique high-end product. Our laboratory in Cuneo is the beating heart where it all starts. Each day we commit ourself to deliver top quality products to all our customers in Italy.
