The Pastry ½ SOLDO has reopened with an ALL NEW management. The Ferrari Family, originally from Pinzolo, wanted to embark on a new adventure by reopening on 1 June 2022 the doors of the historic venue that for many years has been a landmark of the Val Rendena in the production of sweets; It does so in the name of tradition and the flavors of the past. The management is all female: Nada, the pastry chef, with over 20 years of experience in the catering and Isolde, the daughter, young and enterprising, of economic training, aspire to delight your palates with their goodies; but to collaborate to achieve this ambitious goal will also contribute other members of the large family: Fabio, Nicolò, Giada, Matilda and Greta.
