I now partner with fast growing startups as an advisor / coach or as a Fractional Chief People Officer to help them scale their People teams, and to tackle any people related challenges that come up on their journey. I partner with Seed to Series D companies. I specialize in aligning your people practices with your company values, building a strong HR foundation as you grow and scale, and investing in your leaders and emerging leaders. Thanks to my experience leading People teams in-house I can resolve challenges before they even arise, avoid expensive mistakes, and plan for the future.
