The Patient Expert Center trains patients to become Patient Experts in their disease area. After completing the course successfully, they can work as volunteers for their association to assist other patients and participate in dialogue with professional stakeholders: hospitals, government agencies, sick funds, industry. Our aim is to improve health outcomes by the systematic engagement of the patient voice in all health services, along agreed processes and quality collaboration models.
