Pax Europa

Pax Europa is an alliance of European companies that are convinced that, in the face of recurring crises, the onslaught of technology and ecological and social degradation, it is necessary to promote European action. Pax Europa follows in the footsteps of the Observatory for History Teaching in Europe (OHTE). This observatory, linked to the Council of Europe, encourages history teaching practices that reinforce and promote the values of democracy and reconcile memories. Companies have a responsibility to promote these values. Objectives of Pax Europa : To offer European companies an innovative and entrepreneurial initiative; To take advantage of the insights provided by history to integrate them into corporate strategies; Open up companies to worlds they are not accustomed to entering; Bringing out a humanist vision so that European companies : Approach and develop their national, regional and international markets in a spirit of openness to other cultures, while at the same time affirming their own, age-old identity and actively looking to the future. Promote leadership principles that are respected throughout the world as levers for their performance and their social and environmental responsibility. Co-construct with confidence and ambition the conditions for their competitiveness in the concert of the world's major regions, in the image of the construction of the European Union founded on the values of peace.
