We believe that adult beliefs, attitudes, and actions are what have the greatest impact on student outcomes. We believe that every small change in adult practice leads to big improvements in school experiences for students. At PD Monster, our mission is to provide practical training & coaching that educators can use immediately to improve their practices. Our goal is to help schools provide meaningful educational experiences for all students by enhancing the capacity of staff to support students, solve problems, and work as effective team members. We offer professional development in a variety of formats for administrators, teachers, school-based clinicians, and support staff. In-district training, coaching, and systems development services are available throughout New England. Live trainings are scheduled each school year in various locations throughout New England and are held in comfortable hotel settings with meals provided. A schedule of virtual trainings is available nation-wide each school year on a wide range of relevant topics.
