Peer Based Student Leadership

Peer-Based Student Leadership (PBSL-USA) was launched in 2018 and has since delivered leadership workshops to over students in the State of Texas alone. PBSL-USA focuses on developing both current and aspiring leaders in all aspects of the extra-curricular activities while approaching leadership development in a non-traditional yet meaningful manner. PBSL-USA’s workshops are constructed to assist both aspiring and current leaders in developing and growing a leadership-based mindset, behaving and acting in alignment with proven and vetted leadership-based skills and behaviors, understanding the significance of their leadership impact in regard to their individual discipline, and realizing that student leaders are “peers leading peers” not “supervisors leading employees.” The PBSL-USA instructional team capitalizes on over 100+ years of direct program leadership including significant experiences, as head directors achieving at the local, state, and national levels.
