Penrith Performing & Visual Arts (PP & VA) brings together The Joan, Penrith Regional Gallery (Lewers), Q Theatre and Penrith Conservatorium to grow cultural access and creative opportunity across Greater Western Sydney. We present performances, exhibitions, music education and new work that reflect our region and support artists and audiences at every stage of their journey. PP & VA is entering a period of growth. We are deepening partnerships, expanding commissioning and preparing for key programming milestones toward 2026 as demand for culture continues to rise. Our theatres, gallery spaces and studios are platforms where ideas, creativity and community connect. With a growing audience base, PP & VA provides access to a region undergoing rapid cultural and social transformation. We exist to help shape Greater Western Sydney’s cultural identity and future by connecting people, creativity and opportunity.
